Internal Rules and Policies of the Sky Airways

All pilots are required to study the details and fully comply with the rules of the Aseman Virtual Company described below:

  1. Literature and ethical principles are required in all media, and IVAO and vatsim online space.
  2. As English is the international language of the aviation industry, we require applicants to have an adequate level of written and spoken English.
  3. After the end of each flight, the details of the flight will be carefully checked by the operation unit, and if any problems are found, the pilot will be dealt with reasonable consequences.
  4. In case of transferring the type by the respected airline pilots to an airport outside the airline’s bases (hubs), they will have 48 hours for domestic destinations and 72 hours for foreign destinations to return the relevant type to the airline’s bases.
  5. Any errors and mistakes by the members in network that cause any warning, discredit, defame and apology of the company leads to dismissal of the offender.
  6. In case of planning tours and group flights by the airline, all pilots are obliged to implement it.
  7. It is mandatory to have a minimum rank of FS3, and if the pilot does not have this rank, after registering in the airline, he has three months to get this rank from the IVAO network and inform the airline management.
  8. The minimum required activity of two flight logs per week for each pilot is required, and if the pilot does not meet these conditions, the pilot’s membership will be terminated.
  9. If any pilot requests a different flight schedule, he must inform the dispatch unit at least 3 days in advance to prepare the routes and fleet.
  10. All pilots are required to complete their booked flight at least 6 hours after booking or they should cancel their flight.
  11. All pilots must be familiar with the basics of traffic patterns and VFR flight as well as at least one type of airliner aircraft.
  12. Any discussion or comments that may offend international or minority members regarding religious preferences, sexual preference, gender or local customs will result in user removal.
